The CISN Offering


CISN is actually a combination of five separate products: Client Information Services with optional Volunteer Resources, and Program Funding Modules, Resource Development and Healthy Babies Network.

System Requirements


All CISN applications are written to be accessed via the Internet. The client requirements are Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher and a dedicated internet connection to access the system. We allow a full 7/24 access to the system.

Applications


Client Information Services: is our flagship product. This deals with managing the complete relationship from start to finish with our clients. It includes: reporting for internal (supervision), External (funding), Outcome (measurement). There are two optional modules that can be added or removed depending on the type of license purchased:


  • Volunteer Resources: Allows CIS the ability to train and supervise volunteers before they get involved with activities.

  • Program Funding: where money is coming from and which program and program stream the money is going to.

Resource Development: Manages donations, taxable and non-taxable receipts for the agency.

Healthy Babies Network: For pregnant moms and new born babies to 12 months old. This is offered as a complete solution package. We provide all the necessary surveys, forms, procedures, internet surveys, etc. to start up a Healthy Babies network at another agency.
